The photo counts are approximate: a phone photo usually weighs 2.5–5 MB, so the exact number depends on your phones. One video takes as much as a few hundred photos.

If it runs Fotillo, it can be paired with your album for the duration of the party. Its photos — including full-resolution originals — then go straight into your album, with nothing to copy over afterwards.
Yes, at any time and without asking us. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
No. It has an address that cannot be guessed and is excluded from search engines. Only people you give the link to can see it — and if you want tighter control, the gallery can be closed with a password that you can change at any time.
